Who we are?
Quad22 Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. We serve our community by focusing on improving the lives of individuals through educational enrichment programs, mentoring and development, and community outreach.
Quad22 Foundation is committed to the success of young individuals. We partner with organizations around the country to ensure our youth develop the leadership skills, technical skills and life skills they need to thrive.
We work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, identifying specific needs and forming a support team to promote their personal growth. We provide a variety of supportive and educational benefits that can include helping build a business, providing emotional support as they navigate life’s hurdles, working on specific technical skills or driving social change.

Ratisha Smith is the Founder of Quad22 Foundation and is committed to using her strengths to help improve the lives of others. Since she was a young girl, she has been passionate about seeing others succeed and has known her destiny is to invest in the development of people. Ratisha has been instrumental in helping to lead individuals as they forge healthy relationships, discover their personal genius, and plan a prosperous path to success.
